Description
Almost brand new, awesome family camper that pulls & plays great . Our family of 5 lived in it last year while building our new home. Large bunks in the back, master bedroom with queen upfront, all with cooling gel/ memory foam & covers/ protectors. We love the open floor plan with full kitchen, a “U shaped” dinette the whole family can fit around, and entertainment center. Fully equipped with all you need to just show up and glamp, including solar, heated tanks, Arctic package for year round camping anywhere, 2 AC units, plus an outdoor kitchen & entertainment.
What’s included
Fully stocked kitchen! Fresh linens, camping chairs, cornhole set, & all you need to enjoy a great camping trip. RV safe toilet paper is provided, just bring your own regular bathroom toiletries.
Utensils, cutlery, plates, cups, and a few basic supplies are included. Coffee maker, with fresh ground coffee, electric griddle, & cooking utensils. Delivery includes setup, leveled, hooked up and ready to enjoy camper. We take care of dumping/ break down, all we ask is that you wash dishes/ cookware and strip beds of used linens.

Other things to note
There is a $50 required prep fee, this prepares the RV for the next renter.
We sanitize all surfaces, items, and do a deep cleaning after pickup.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the RV, just keep it outside. No cleaning of fish or other wildlife in RV. Remove all trash and clean up any spills.
We also have a 30amp super quiet Predator generator that will power the whole unit. Available upon request, see add ons.
We typically don’t allow pets, but occasionally make exceptions (we love our dogs, but rarely take them camping with us as some parks are very restrictive).

- Security deposit: $250.00 (refundable)
- Delivery fee: $75.00.

Roadside assistance on every rental, plus help planning your trip or operating the RV.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you can cancel within 48 hours for a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.
Otherwise, the cancellation policy is flexible. - Cancel more than 5 days before your trip begins: 100% of the booking total is refundable
- Cancel 5 or fewer days before your trip begins: 75% of the booking total is refundable (you pay 25%)
- The service fee, and the tax you pay on it, are not refundable. The insurance and other taxes are.
